ABOUT ARCUB HALLS

The ArCuB headquarters has 3 rooms that can be rented for cultural events or conferences:
o    conference room (50 seats) – 1st floor
o    show room (380 seats) – 2nd floor
o    workshop room (30 seats) – 3rd floor

Estimative prices are available upon request and the final offer varies according to room and the magnitude of the activity proposed.

To rent the ArCuB rooms, the request shall be submitted by e-mail to secretariat@arcub.ro. Please specify:
o    the room, date and time of the rent
o    rent reason (short description of the intended activity)
o    estimation of the power supply consumption
o    company’s name and identification data / contact person’s data

According to the rooms schedule and the type of event proposed, we will notify you upon the availability and the rent price. Finally, the contracts shall be signed at the  headquarters of ArCuB ( it is necessary to send the company’s data in advance).
